Our “Meridian of Hope ” Charitable Foundations in conjunction with “Symbols of Spirit Ltd. – SOS” will give you a touch of the spiritual fundamentals…
To do this we will sanctify any item that you send to us (note, prayer, photo or picture, videocassette, icon, ornament, book or whatever you choose) in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher; we will place a note with your wishes into the cracks of the Western Wall; and/or will expose your letter, photo, picture or prayer during As-Salat (Namaz) in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which will bring our hearts closer to the Almighty and to each other.
The Charitable Foundation founding members of this are mostly medics, who understand better than anyone how feeble and imperfect the human body is, and how strong and inexorable a spirit can be.
Through many years of our work we had an ample opportunity to observe extraordinary cases of recovery, which defy any explanation by modern science. Those people appealed to the Almighty and drew strength from their faith, which enabled them to hold out and to defeat their ailments. We are deeply convinced that the holy sites of Jerusalem, enshrining the centuries-old wisdom and cultures of generations could have helped all people to recover their balance and bring every person the understanding that he is an integral element of this vast world and that his strength rests in accord and harmony with the world and its Creator. The effect that Holy Land has on the symbols, when they are sanctified in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, or conveyed to God via the Western Wall, or during As-Salat (Namaz) in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, is a materialized proof of our unity with the Almighty and contributes much to human spiritual and physical rebirth.
“From spiritual to physical health”, that is the motto of our “Meridian of Hope” Charitable Foundation. The Foundation strives to achieve better cooperation and understanding between different confessions, and helping every believer of the three Great Religions come closer to the origins of his faith; assist all those who wish to obtain holy symbols; to give the great medical treatment to poor people from world over either free or at least subsidized to gain the goodwill from the believers and from thr grateful families; arrange shelters for the homeless and soup-kitchens for the poor; give a hand to the victims of terrorism and natural disasters; advocate a healthy life; etc. (see the Foundation’s Page). We will be happy if the followers of other creeds wishing to contribute to cooperation and charitable deeds and to help those in need and distress would join us.
